“After doing a retreat in Bali with Madi in 2014, when I saw the Yoga Teacher Training planned for 2017 I knew it was the perfect gift for myself and my family. I saw it as a course that could inspire and give me focus during my first maternity leave break. The course has enriched my life in every way possible. I have made lifelong friends, enhanced my yoga knowledge and skills, committed to “living and being yoga” and most importantly I know myself better than I ever have. I still have occasional days when I feel flat, overwhelmed or uninspired, but I now recognise these times and feelings quickly. I can now confidently explore why I feel this way and put a plan into action to get me back on the path of living the way I want to, with energy, inspiration, kindness and joy.”
Thank-you to Madi Simmons of Paradise Yoga (Nevertire!!!)and her wonderful team of teachers and trainers as well as to my fellow participants, for a thoroughly enjoyable journey this year, exploring and practising the many facets of hatha yoga and ayurveda. I really appreciate your generosity and support, Madi, and would recommend your course to anyone looking for a nicely paced, broad introduction to ancient yogic wisdom - and all delivered locally!!!! Special thanks, as well, to Hetal Gohil, Dubbo's own Ayurvedic practitioner and chef extraordinaire, for your very friendly, practical advice and enormous generousity.
Let me know if and when you intend to run the programme again, Madi, so I can spread the word.
Take good care of yourselves, everyone, warm wishes, Helen :)
